Our privacy policy is very simple. Except if required under any law, by Court order or on the instructions of any law enforcement agency, or to facilitate paying money or receiving any payment, we do not share your details with anyone else without your permission. If you have asked for your Will to be reviewed by a solicitor, we will refer this to a solicitor who is on the Roll of the Law Society and who has a current practising certificate and indemnity insurance. Any solicitor to who we refer work is an independent professional who will act in your best interest. You are free to choose any other solicitor but will be responsible for the solicitors costs.
Except as indicated in this Policy, all information we have about you is held on a secure server and it is used for the purposes of administering this site only.
Any of your personal details which you have given to a financial institution in order to make a deposit or pay for your Will including but not limited to Worldpay PayPal or any other Bank or Credit Card company will be used in accordance with that organisations own privacy policy and terms and conditions which you must agree to before being able to use that facility. We will not be liable for any losses whatsoever suffered through any fault of any such financial institution, organisation, company or bank or anything beyond our reasonable control.
We will not under normal circumstances divulge any person's personal details to any outside party and in any event will not do so without written (not email) consent. At our absolute discretion we reserve the right not to reveal any such details even with written consent.
