Commercial Debt Recovery
As a client of Berkson Wallace's Commercial Debt Recovery service, the first thing we will do is assign you a dedicated Account Manager. This is the best way for us to understand the particular issues you face, and thereby determine the most effective recovery technique for each individual debt. In many cases, this will be a matter of contacting the debtors by phone, a job which our highly trained team of collectors are more than qualified to do. If a more direct approach is needed, we can also pay personal visits to debtors or send a 'Seven Day Notice' letter, advising them of our intention to litigate if payments are not made within the specified period.
